Join us for a free cancer survivorship educational retreat for oncology health care professionals covering issues facing individuals diagnosed with cancer and caregivers. Health care professionals are welcome to attend one or both days of the retreat. Free CEUs are available for nurses and social workers. Attendees can participate in one or both days, for a maximum total of 12 CEUs.
