October 3, 2020
Program: 7:30am – 3:30pm PT / 9:30am-5:30pm CT / 10:30am-6:30pm ET
(Attendees are asked to log on 10 minutes prior to the start time)
Technology Requirements: The system requirements for Zoom can be found here.
In order to receive CEs/contact hours, attendees must register individually. Attendees must be logged on to a computer to verify participation. If participants are calling in on a phone, they must verify their attendance by either including their phone number during registration or by sending the event host their contact information. Participants who “listen in” on another participant’s computer will not be eligible for credit. Participants need to attend the entire virtual conference; partial credit will not be given.
Participants will be emailed a link to the online evaluation and post-test one day after the completion of the webinar and will have one week to complete both. Participants must receive a passing grade (80%) on the post-test to receive CEs/contact hours. Participants who do not pass the post-test will be given one opportunity to re-take the test. Instructions and a link to re-take the exam will be emailed to every participant who does not receive a passing grade on the post-test. If participants do not pass the post-test on the second attempt they will not receive credit.
The relevant certificates will be emailed to eligible attendees within 4 weeks of the event.
Participants who need accommodations for a disability should email email@example.com.
Triage Cancer is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses who meet the requirements will be awarded up to 6 contact hours.
