Accreditation Information

Triage Cancer, [provider number], is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Triage Cancer maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: [dates]. Social workers completing this course will receive up to 7 continuing education credits.

In order to receive CE/Contact Hours, attendees must physically sign in at the beginning of each session, sign out at the end of each session, and return completed session evaluations and an overall conference evaluation. Attendees can select sessions to attend and receive CE credit for each full session attended and meeting completion requirements. The certificates of completion will be emailed to eligible attendees approximately 4 weeks after the event.
