Cancer and Careers and Triage Cancer have developed a comprehensive In-Service Training for oncology health care professionals, advocates, and human resources professionals on employment and health insurance issues, to improve patient and caregiver access to valuable information about practical cancer survivorship issues.

The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on September 25, 2014 at The Providence Cancer Center: Robert H. Pulliam Room, Second Floor, 3851 Piper Street, Anchorage, AK.

Parking: Garage is located at 3851 Piper, which is attached to the Cancer Center at the second floor.

This continuing nursing education activity was approved for 7 credits by the Oncology Nursing Society, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's COA.
