On November 4, 2019, Triage Cancer will host the Insurance & Finance Intensive via computer. Space is limited and priory will go to individuals who have not attended this training previously.

Program: 7:00am – 3:00pm PT / 9:00am-5:00pm CT / 10:00am-6:00pm ET
(Attendees are asked to log on 10 minutes prior to the start time)

Accreditation Information

  • Triage Cancer is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses who meet the requirements will be awarded 6 contact hours.
  • Triage Cancer, #1689, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Triage Cancer maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 08/26/2019 to 08/26/2020. Social workers completing this course receive 6 continuing education credit.
  • Most attendees will receive the American Cancer Society & Triage Cancer Certificate in Financial Navigation. (*Please note that passage of a post-test is required)

Participants will be emailed a link to the online evaluation and post-test one hour after the completion of the webinar and will have one week to complete both. Participants must receive a passing grade (80%) on the post-test to receive CE/Contact Hours. Additionally, attendees who successfully complete a post-test with a passing grade (80%) will also receive the American Cancer Society/Triage Cancer Certificate of Financial Navigation. Participants who do not pass the post-test will be given one opportunity to re-take the test. Instructions and a link to re-take the exam will be emailed to every participant who does not receive a passing grade on the post-test. If participants do not pass the post-test on the second attempt they will not receive credit.

The relevant certificates will be emailed to eligible attendees within 4 weeks of the event.
