Practical Things to Consider When Registering
- Please register with the email address that you will have access to on the day of the event. Occasionally, emails from Triage Cancer get blocked by hospital or work servers. If you think this will be a problem, please use your personal email address to register.
- Please enter the mailing address that you have access to. Make sure the address provided is correct.
- Please check your spam folder for emails from Triage Cancer. Some hospital or external servers have been known to block our emails.

Accreditation Information
Nurses
Triage Cancer is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses who meet the requirements will be awarded 1.5 contact hours.
Other Professionals
If you would like a general certificate of completion, you must indicate that when completing the evaluation form. You must attend the entire event.
Evaluation forms are emailed after the event and are required for a certificate. You will also receive a post-test, which is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.
Requirements to Receive Credit
Attendance
In order to receive CE/contact hours, attendees must register individually. Participants who “listen in” on another participant’s phone/computer will not be eligible for credit. Participants must attend the entire event. No partial credit will be given.
Post-test & Evaluation
Participants will be emailed a link to the online evaluation and post-test after the completion of the training and will have one week to complete both. Participants must receive a passing grade (80%) on the post-test to receive CEs/Contact Hours. Participants who do not pass the post-test will be given one opportunity to re-take the test. Instructions and a link to re-take the exam will be emailed to every participant who does not receive a passing grade on the post-test. If participants do not pass the post-test on the second attempt they will not receive credit.
Certificates
The relevant certificates will be emailed to eligible attendees within 4 weeks of the event.
