If you would like a general certificate of completion, you must indicate that when completing the Insurance & Finance Intensive 201 evaluation form. You must attend the entire event.

Evaluation forms are emailed after the event and are required for a certificate. You will also receive a post-test, which is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.

Attendance

In order to receive CE/contact hour/PDC, attendees must register individually. Participants who “listen in” on another participant’s phone/computer will not be eligible for credit. Participants must attend the entire event. No partial credit will be given.

Post-test & Evaluation

Participants will be emailed a link to the online evaluation and post-test one day after the completion of the Insurance & Finance Intensive and will have one week to complete both. Participants must receive a passing grade (80%) on the post-test to receive CEs/Contact Hours (please note: this is not required for patient advocates and HR professionals). Participants who do not pass the post-test will be given one opportunity to re-take the test. Instructions and a link to re-take the exam will be emailed to every participant who does not receive a passing grade on the post-test. If participants do not pass the post-test on the second attempt they will not receive credit.

The relevant certificates will be emailed to eligible attendees within 4 weeks of the event.

Those interested in attending the Insurance & Finance Intensive 201 must have attended an Insurance & Finance Intensive in the past. In the registration form, please indicate the Insurance & Finance Intensive date(s) that you attended in the past. Your attendance at a past Insurance & Finance Intensive will be verified upon review of your application.
