Through Triage Cancer’s Speakers Bureau, cancer centers, hospitals, cancer organizations, and other groups that are coordinating educational events or cancer conferences can be connected with expert speakers on various cancer survivorship issues.

Triage Cancer's Speakers Bureau also includes cancer survivors and caregivers who have experience sharing their cancer journey with a variety of audiences. If you are planning an event, it is a good idea to request speakers as early as possible. Some of our speakers are often booked months in advance.

Biography

Jenn McRobbie is a life coach, speaker and author. Jenn has an extremely varied work background; from working as an Internet Communication Specialist for a recruiting company to representing oil and gas marketers in public service commission hearings to serving in the Army Reserves and Virginia National Guard as a Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Warfare Officer. After receiving her law degree from George Mason University Law School in 2002, Jenn switched her focus to practicing law in a variety of capacities including as a clerk for the Honorable Leslie M. Alden at the Fairfax Circuit Court, representing clients in insurance defense litigations for a private firm and also as a Trademark Examining Attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Jenn left the practice of law to care for her family in 2007, but returned to the workforce as a life coach in 2012 after pursing life coach training with Martha Beck. In 2013, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, which led to the publication of her first book in March 2015. The book, Why is She Acting So Weird? A Guide to Cultivating Closeness When a Friend is in Crisis is her treatise on empowering friends to rise and lift each other during crisis.

Jenn is also the Vice President of The Author Incubator, the company that helped her write, publish and promote her best-selling book. She is honored to be a part of the transformative process of becoming an author for hundreds of life coaches, healers, consultants and other entrepreneurs, all of whom are actively changing lives and making a difference in the world.
