Educational Events to Sponsor

Triage Cancer Conference: Triage Cancer has developed a series of educational conferences for individuals diagnosed with cancer, caregivers, oncology health care professionals, and advocates. These conferences provide attendees with crucial information about navigating practical and legal issues that may impact individuals diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers, such as mitigating the potential financial toxicity of a cancer diagnosis. Attendees of the Triage Cancer Conferences will walk away with an increased understanding of their options and rights and gain access to practical tools to assist them in navigating these issues.

Participate in the Triage Cancer Conferences and help us reach hundreds of individuals, caregivers, advocates, and health care professionals (who, in turn, will reach thousands of patients and caregivers) with critical information and resources. Join us as a sponsor or partner at the Triage Cancer Conferences! Different sponsorship and partnership levels are available.

Insurance & Finance Intensive: Created and hosted by Triage Cancer, the Insurance and Finance Intensives provides comprehensive education on the practical and legal issues that individuals diagnosed with cancer and caregivers may face. The Insurance and Finance Intensive is a free, one-day training for health care professionals and advocates to learn crucial details about effectively navigating individual, employer-sponsored, and government-sponsored health insurance options, as well as disability insurance and finances after a cancer diagnosis.

If you would like to bring the Insurance & Finance Intensive to your community, please complete a training request. If you would like to sponsor a scheduled Intensive, please contact Madison McMahon Ward at Info@TriageCancer.org.

Employment In-Service Training: Triage Cancer and Cancer and Careers have developed a comprehensive In-Service Trainings (Navigating Cancer: Work & Insurance) for oncology health care professionals and advocates on employment, cancer health insurance, and disability insurance issues, to improve patient and caregiver access to valuable resources about the legal and practical cancer survivorship issues.

If you would like to bring the In-Service Training to your community, please complete a training request. If you would like to sponsor a scheduled In-Service, please contact Madison McMahon Ward at Info@TriageCancer.org.

Webinars: Triage Cancer offers free educational webinars on practical and legal cancer survivorship issues that impact people beyond diagnosis. Our free webinars discuss various issues related to navigating finances after a cancer diagnosis, health insurance, disability insurance, work and employment rights, advocacy, estate planning, clinical trials, and more. All webinars are open to individuals diagnosed with cancer, caregivers, advocates, and health care professionals.

If you would like to sponsor a scheduled webinar or request a webinar, please contact Madison McMahon Ward at Info@TriageCancer.org.
