Each year, Outreach Community Health Centers commemorates Community Health Centers Week by extending its reach beyond the provision of services to its immediate patient/client base. This initiative aims to foster health literacy within the wider population, promote healthy lifestyle choices, and raise awareness of the array of services available through community-based service partners.
The Community Health & Resources Fair attracts 600+ individuals and families annually in Milwaukee. Featuring entertainment, activities for children, valuable raffle prizes, and nutritious food offerings, the Fair serves as a hub for education, engagement, and community empowerment.
