Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening & Treatment
Chart of State Laws
The first chart identifies states that have a Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (BCCEDP), if screening is required through that program to be covered by health insurance, and if undocumented immigrants are covered. Check back often, as this chart is updated frequently.
The second chart identifies states with laws that require insurance coverage for MRI and ultrasound screenings for breast cancer for individuals at high risk.
