When it came time for party planning, we knew that there would be no better way to celebrate than to bring a smile to the faces of the youngest members of the cancer community.
Health care professionals working at a cancer center or nonprofit that serves pediatric patients are invited to sign up for this free, online event. Health care professionals who sign up will receive information and a consent form to share with parents.
By joining us on Thursday, October 13, you can bring a moment of levity and wonder to children with cancer and their families.
This event is free, thanks to the generosity of members of the Triage Cancer community. If you are interested in spreading the word about ways to donate to provide more tickets to children undergoing cancer treatment, please visit TriageCancer.org/BirthdayBash.

Event Details
Triage Cancer’s 10th Birthday Bash attendees will be entertained by the “Stand Up Magician,” Derek Hughes! There are no public tickets available for this event.
To sign your patients up to participate, please submit this form. You will receive a confirmation email and details to share with parents. There is no cost to participate.

Every child attending our birthday party will receive a party favor gift bag mailed to them. Bags will also contain educational resources for parents to help them navigate caregiving for their child.
Process and Deadlines
Once you have submitted the online form, you will receive a confirmation email and details to share with your client's parents. The parents must complete an additional form and provide consent for their child to participate.
