COVID-19 Policy

The health and safety of our community are our top priority. Triage Cancer is excited to be hosting an in-person conference, but we recognize that there may be concerns about gathering in person during an ongoing pandemic. As a community with immunocompromised members, we must prioritize a culture of caution and care for ourselves and others. Below are the COVID policies that will be in place for the event.

  • All attendees must provide proof of vaccination or documentation of a medical or religious exemption with a negative PCR test.
    • Attendees must provide proof of vaccination or documents for exemption at the registration table on the day of the event.
    • Any exempt, unvaccinated attendees must provide proof of negative PCR test results received within 48 hours of check in at the registration table.
  • Masks are required to be worn over the nose and mouth at all times during the event when not actively eating or drinking.
    • If you do not have a mask upon arrival, we will provide you with a mask.

We will continue to follow COVID-19 recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the local County Public Health Department. If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please stay home.

We expect attendees to respectfully abide by these policies as we strive to maintain the safety and well-being of our community and staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on these policies.
