The Medical Bill Tracker can be helpful when calculating your medical expenses for financial and health insurance purposes.
How To Use the Medical Bill Tracker
Click here to open the Medical Bill Tracker.
Once you have opened the sheet, you will be viewing an example worksheet. click on the sheet to the right called “My Medical Bill Tracker.” To use that worksheet, download a copy to your computer and complete the following steps:
Step 1: fill out the information in the top 4 rows using information from your health insurance policy.
Step 2: as you receive and pay bills, fill out rows with the information from your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Each time you add information in rows 9 – 55, the totals at the top and bottom of the sheet will automatically calculate.
