CLL Navigator: Helping People Navigate Through CLL/SLL

October 27, 2026 ~ Triage Cancer is proud to collaborate with individuals and organizations serving individuals diagnosed with cancer and caregivers. This blog post is written by the team at BeOne Medicines.

A diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), rare forms of blood cancer, can come with a lot of new information and many questions.

What do my test results mean? Why is my doctor recommending active surveillance (closely monitoring my condition without starting treatment right away)? What should I know about my treatment options? What questions should I bring to my next appointment? And where can I find support from people who understand what living with CLL/SLL is actually like?

CLL Navigator™ is an online resource developed with input from people with CLL/SLL to help others find information, prepare for conversations with their healthcare teams, connect with the community, and access support throughout the CLL/SLL journey.

More Than a Library of CLL/SLL Information

There is no shortage of health information online. The challenge is knowing what information is relevant and how to use it.

CLL Navigator™ addresses this need by bringing several types of resources together in one place. Visitors can learn the basics of CLL/SLL, explore treatment considerations, learn about side effects and other medical conditions, find clinical trials, and download tools for discussing their care with their doctors, all medically reviewed.

But education is only one part of the site.

CLL Navigator™ also includes patient and care partner stories, resources for emotional well-being, financial support information, a doctor locator, a glossary, and links to outside CLL/SLL communities and organizations.

The combination of educational resources and community support is important because navigating CLL/SLL is about more than understanding the disease. It can also mean figuring out how treatment fits into work, family responsibilities, finances, emotional health, and everyday life.

For example: If you are newly diagnosed, CLL Navigator™ provides basic information on CLL/SLL. If you are approaching a treatment decision, CLL Navigator™ can help prepare questions about treatment options, side effects, monitoring, and clinical trials. If you are already in treatment, CLL Navigator™ can provide disease-specific education and support.

Finding the Right Resource

CLL/SLL can be a long journey, and the questions people have may change over time.

You do not have to find every answer at once. The goal is to know where to turn when a new question comes up.
