Triage Cancer has answers to these questions and more. And, we will be sharing that information through our 2024 free Webinar Series, to help educate the cancer community on all cancer-related topics.

This webinar will present key tips for navigating health insurance, including considerations to make when comparing plans and how to minimize out-of-pocket costs.
February 27, 2024 – 10am PT / 12pm CT /1pm ET
Learn practical steps to manage medical bills, including how to negotiate your bills and set up payment plans. Dollar For will also join us to explain charity care and how you can qualify for financial help from your hospital. We'll also cover useful tips and resources when looking for financial help.
March 26, 2024 – 11am PT / 1pm CT / 2pm ET
This webinar will explore the barriers to accessing fertility preservation, the fertility preservation laws that have passed, what to do if insurance denies coverage, and legislative advocacy opportunities around fertility preservation.
April 30, 2024 – 10am PT / 12pm CT /1pm ET
Estate planning can be overwhelming and can often bring up topics that are difficult to discuss. However, being prepared can also bring a sense of comfort. This webinar will cover the various documents that can make up an estate plan, things to consider as you begin the process of creating your plan and options available to individuals to protect their medical decision-making rights.

Members of the U.S. Military and U.S. Veterans have access to specific benefits, programs, and resources that may be useful after a cancer diagnosis. This webinar will explore the benefits available to Veterans and how they may work with other benefits Veterans already have.

Learn about the rights of caregivers at work, how to replace lost wages while acting as a caregiver, and practical tips to support caregivers. We’ll also talk about community resources available to caregivers.

This webinar discusses managing work after a diagnosis, including how to continue working during treatment, take time off, replace lost income, understand retirement options, and navigate the health insurance and financial implications of each decision.

This webinar will present tips for how to maximize benefits that may be offered by employers, including how to pick a health insurance plan if you are given options, accessing other types of insurance (e.g., life or disability), tax saving strategies, planning for retirement, and more. This webinar will also discuss benefits people are less familiar with, such as employee assistance and wellness programs.

Learn about the different “Parts” of Medicare, supplemental plans, decisions to make during open enrollment, and how it works with other insurance. We’ll close with a hands-on workshop to compare Medicare plans using Triage Cancer's Medicare Options Comparison Worksheet.

This webinar will explore the cost of prescription drugs, which will include how coverage works in individual and employer-sponsored insurance and the various financial assistance options available to individuals to help afford prescription drugs.

This webinar will present tips for accessing cancer screenings, testing, and biomarker testing, including insurance coverage for these services, and steps to take if insurance denies coverage.

Every free webinar is open to anyone, including individuals diagnosed with cancer, caregivers, advocates, and health care professionals.
Triage Cancer offers free continuing education credit for nurses, social workers, patient advocates, and human resources professionals who attend the live webinars.
