Evaluation forms are emailed after the webinar and are required for a certificate. You will also receive a post-test, which is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.

Post-Test Retake

In order to receive continuing education/contact hours, social workers and nurses must receive at least an 80% on the post-test. Participants have two opportunities to pass the post-test. If you did not pass the post-test on your first attempt, you can click here to attempt the post-test once more.
